Condo in the Clouds

This is a prime example of our Spring 2008 Listing package. We produced killer marketing assets to tell the story of this unique condo. Complete with a property specific website, maps, brochure/flyer, and search engine syndication, this property has all the marketing power for a fast sale. The seller loved the concept and potential buyers have so much context to help them make a decision. Perfect for the internet savvy buyer.

Mountain Oaks

The client keepsake book we produced brought the clients to tears. The goal of the photo shoot was to capture the true essence of the ranch land so that an interested buyer would have much greater context than other competing properties. We then leveraged the photos into a terrific photo book and DVD. The books were given to the client and used as marketing assets.

Client Video Testimonials

No one can sell your services better than your happy clients. So why not leverage video and let them do the talking and selling for you? That’s what Ed Allbright is doing. We’re producing client testimonial videos for him that we’ve put on his website for all to see.

Here’s the catch - it won’t work if you don’t do it right. The video has to be done well for it to be compelling. That means lights, sound, editing and optimizing the correct file format. We take care of all that for you.

Photography

We take a lot of pictures and most of them you can use for free! Our photos have been used for office decor, business cards, brochures and calendars. We have a very fair creative commons license that allows you to use the photos with only simple attribution and the only other restriction is that you can’t sell them directly. Be sure to keep an eye on our photo page. It updates automatically with new stuff and if you see a photo you like you can download the high-resolution version from our flickr.com page.

Broker Website Web 2.0 Style

Steamboat broker, meet Web 2.0. Web 2.0, meet Steamboat broker. For this project we developed a ton of functionality so this broker's clients can get all the information they need. We produced videos for client testimonials and a broker greeting on the home page. Then we integrated IDX search complete with Google maps, along with several local’s guides using Google maps as well. Of course we added in a blog with RSS management.

Some of the real differentiators include click-to-call, “lifestyle search” and interactive buyer & sellers guides. Top it all off with gorgeous CSS design and custom Steamboat photos and you have one killer broker website. Whew!!

Mustique

We recently visited one of the most exclusive islands in the world - the private island of Mustique. We give you an inside look at the $21 million villa owned by Prince Ruppert Lowenstein, the manager of the Rolling Stones and some of the awesome areas of this island.

For this project we leveraged an open-source content management system and added a lot of design and functionality. The result is a great site that’s low cost, has infinite expandability, and is easy to update and maintain.

Star Ridge Road

What do you do with a so, so house in a fantastic location? Our approach was to tell a fantastic story and create a unique marketing asset to do it. We used high-tech to create low-tech; a photo story book completely customized to tell the story of this property. We minimized the structure and maximized the value of the location.
