Photography is arguably the most important asset in real estate marketing.
Our goal is to provide the highest quality photos that truly represent the essence of a property at an affordable price.

We use a number of new digital techniques that keep the cost down and the quality up. In addition we’re constantly exploring new photography methods and taking photos of other fun things to keep the creativity fresh.

Recent Photography Projects

Trailhead Lodge

Trailhead Lodge is the heart of Wildhorse Meadows; an integrated, practical, architecturally rich, resort community with a mix of housing types that reflect the real Steamboat Springs. The goal of this project was to capture the architecture and richness of the building and living spaces. By using a combination of new photography techniques, the photograph’s capture not only the unique architectural style but also the richness of the materials that make up the property.

Wildflower Meadows

Wildflower Meadows is a $20 million dollar property in the heart of the Yampa valley. With over 154 acres, 8 ponds and 2 residences, this property has it all. Saddle Mountain Ranch

Saddle Mountain Ranch is a development concept located just west of Steamboat Springs. The goal of this project was to capture the essence of this property. Because project consists of river access, a ranch and lake we made good use of aerial photography during different seasons to capture all aspects.

Emerald Meadows

This home, in the Emerald Meadows neighborhood of Steamboat Springs, is over 11 thousand square feet on just over 35 acres. Aerial photography played a key role in capturing the location and surrounding mountains. Using a combination of new photography techniques, the photos present a true reflection of this beautiful property.

Standard Property Shoot

We go on-site and shoot all relevant aspects of the property including close-up detail shots of trim, appliances, stonework and other unique aspects of the property. We then use specialized HDR post processing color correction and image enhancement to deliver vivid, quality photos to you via a secure online gallery and on DVD for archiving.

Aerial Shoot

Sometimes the best way to tell a story about a property is from a bird’s eye view. The benefit of aerial photography is that the photos can give much greater context of the surrounding area by including all landscape features.
