The work we do increases our client’s business and gives them an advantage. We enable our clients and their properties to stand out in a crowded market, connect with potential buyers earlier in the process and more clearly communicate the value of a property.

Here’s a small sample of some recent projects.

Real Estate Marketing Conference to Get an Edge

The Future of Real Estate Marketing Conference

Conference Site

This conference was about moving your business forward through new approaches & opportunities. With so many properties and so few buyers, marketing has become the centerpiece of any successful real estate business. At the same time, the face of marketing has changed.

The “bullhorn” & “how many people can we reach” approach to marketing costs more & is less effective. It’s time to consider new opportunities to connect buyers & sellers and do it earlier & more effectively.

Wildflower Meadows

Marketing project for a $20,000,000 estate

Steamboat Wildflower

Steamboat Wildflower

Wildflower Meadows is arguably one of the most unique properties in all of Colorado. This isn’t just a home, this is an entire ecosystem of ponds, lakes, streams, wildlife and a number of dwellings all within 155 acres right in the middle of the Yampa valley.

To market this property we leveraged a number of tools to give a potential buyer the context needed to extract $20 million of value. This started with an extensive aerial photo shoot followed by a campaign of photography session on site. To reduce costs we used HDR photography which saved up to 2/3 the cost of traditional photography while at the same time produced stunning photos.

We designed a web presence, complete with branding and an approach that displays the true value of the property.

Ignite The Boat

Connecting Smart People

Ignite

It turns out Steamboat Springs is home to some really interesting entrepreneurs, technologists, location neutral business owners and people with a passion for technology. Until now there was little or no opportunity for these people to connect, socialize and grow their network of connections with similar interests. So, along with Chad James, Jens Owen, & Noreen Moore we started Ignite the Boat, a group dedicated to physically & virtually connecting those with an interest & passion for technology and forward thinking.

Steamboat Elevated

Online marketing project for some of the best built homes in Steamboat Springs

SteamboatElevated.com

SteamboatElevated.com

Habitat Construction builds some of the finest homes on the planet. Like many real estate companies, the real estate collapse left them with three incredible properties and too few buyers. We developed an approach that involved targeting online buyers of high end properties through a comprehensive pay-per-click search engine marketing campaign.

The project included an online showcase website for all three projects at www.steamboatelevated.com

Steamboat Sanctuary

Multi-Media marketing project

SteamboatSanctuary

SteamboatSanctuary

To differentiate this property in the crowded $2.5 to $3.5 million dollar market, we broke the mold with this project. We used video to help tell the story of this property. And who better to tell the story than Winter Olympian, NBC sports commentator and owner of the property, Park Smalley.

We created six short 45 to 90 second videos to showcase different aspects of the home. We included stunning HDR photography and custom website design to create a powerful multi-media marketing asset.

Saddle Mtn.

Saddle Mtn.

Saddle Mountain Ranch is a conceptual development west of Steamboat Springs. The owner hired us to create a compelling story to present to potential investors. We photographed the property through numerous photo shoots in all seasons, including aerial photography.

The result was a one-of-a-kind, high-end hardcover book that gave great context to potential investors.
